Reservation Policy

We require a valid credit card and a deposit of 1 night’s stay upon booking.

We offer AAA/Military Discount Rates via our website or by request on the phone. Guests must book directly to receive these discounts.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to check-in. In order to cancel, you must contact the hotel directly 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to get a full refund. Late cancellations will be charged the full amount. Please note our advanced purchase rate is non-refundable.

Guests understand that when booking the Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable Rate they will not be able to receive a refund for a cancellation under any circumstance.

If you need to cancel your reservation for ANY reason, please call us during business hours (7 am – 9 pm). You MUST receive a Cancellation Number to confirm we have canceled your stay.

Late Cancellation – Late cancellations are charged the full amount.

No-Show – If you do not check in or contact us by the check out time, you will be charged the full amount.

No Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking and we strictly uphold this. Guests found smoking, vaping, or using marijuana in their rooms will be fined $250
